Craig Taubman is bringing his revolutionary approach to Jewish music on a national tour for the first time in three years. Taubman and his band are touring the country performing 40 concerts. The tour kicks off in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on November 13. He'll be bringing old favorites as well as some fabulous new tracks from his latest album Here and There.

Here and There is Taubman's highly anticipated new album, released this month on craignco.com. The brilliant collection of songs represent thoughtful and inspiring contemporary Jewish music which Taubman describes as "wandering through life's experiences." He adapts his performances to each particular community.

"By figuring out what makes a community tick, what gets them excited, we can really start to think about re-invigorating synagogue life, whether in New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, or anywhere else," says Taubman.

Taubman stopped touring three years ago to focus on the nonprofit Pico Union Project located in the downtown Los Angeles building which is the original home of Sinai Temple. Pico Union Project is dedicated to the Jewish commitment to "love thy neighbor as thyself"- embodied by the presence of five diverse worship groups who meet there.

Pico Union Project is currently in the process of expanding an event stage in order to begin drama programming for youth in L.A.'s Pico Union community, and recently hosted its first Jewish High Holy Day services in nearly 100 years with the introduction of The Sanctuary at Pico Union.

During the Jewish High Holy Day season, Taubman released the 11th annual Jewels of Elul series. It's a collection of short stories, anecdotes and introspections. This year's Jewels of Elul: Ten Years of Inspiration features readers' favorite Jewels, including Mary J. Blige, David Kohan and many other inspired voices.

Taubman's tour schedule is posted on craignco.com and is updated daily. For more information, contact Natalie Hanassab at Craig 'N Co by phone 818-760-1077 or email natalie(at)craignco(dot)com
