Known for her unique blend of modern electronics, ethereal vocals, and pop-infused melodies, Australia's Phebe Starr shares her shimmering new single "Two Hearts" today with Consequence Of Sound. The track comes in anticipation of her Chronicles EP set for release on March 31st. She comments: "People might think this song is about a guy but it isn't. I hardly ever write about romantic love. It's about my internal fight against doubt. My mom is an outspoken strong women and my father is a conservative man. Sometimes I feel I inherited a battle of opposing values."

Chronicles is a five track EP that ebbs and flows from vulnerability to boldness. It's complicated, multi-dimensional, and at times, intriguingly off-kilter. A richly autobiographical EP, it retraces the fantastic journey of how she arrived to where she is now, and how she came to understand whom she wanted to be. Anchored by critically acclaimed singles "They Keep Telling Me" and "Feel My Love" which have collectively garnered over 2.5 million streams, Chronicles sees Phebe emerge with a career-defining work.

Phebe Starr's debut EP Zero released in 2014 and quickly gained comparisons to the likes of heavyweights Lykki Li, Florench Welch, and Sia. Featuring hit single "Alone With You," the EP garnered extensive radio play with Australia's Triple J and saw her touring with Of Monsters And Men, The Paper Kites, and more.
