Jason Isaacs Joins Brad Pitt in Action Drama FURY

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jason Isaacs has joined writer-director David Ayers' upcoming action drama FURY. Isaacs will act alongside Brad Pitt, Shia LaBeouf, Logan Lerman, Michael Pena, and Jon Bernthal.

Set at the very end of World War II, in April 1945, the story follows the Allies as they make their final push in the European Theater, a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank and her five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines.

Outnumbered and outgunned, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.

Isaacs is set to play the captain and Wardaddy's mentor.

The film hits theaters on November 14, 2014. FURY is currently filming in London.

Isaacs will next appear in Rio, I Love You, Thins People Do, Field of Lost Shoes and Dawn. His big screen credits include A Single Shot, Sweetwater, he Harry Potter series, Abduction, Skeletons, Good, The Conspiracy, Elektra, Black Hawk Down and more. He recently appeared on TV in Case Histories and Awake.
