George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin are Officially Engaged!

According to PEOPLE, George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin are officially engaged! The pair were spotted in Nobu in Malibu while having dinner with friends and a ring was spotted on Alamuddin's left ring finger.

A source close to the couple confirmed the suspicions, saying, "George and Amal are trying to keep things very low-key but they also aren't really trying to hide this, it doesn't seem. I think it's like they want the people they love to know that this is real, that they plan on being together forever."

Other sources have also corroborated the news, claiming to see Alamuddin sporting a "huge ring." Clooney's rep refuses to comment.

A source remarked earlier in the year about the couple, "He's with someone who is a very accomplished attorney. She isn't someone who is pursuing a career in acting or entertainment. She's on his level."
