The Lincoln Lodge and Blackout Diaries Find New Home at Subterranean; Debut Tonight

The Lincoln Lodge & Blackout Diaries are announcing that they have officially found a new home! At the end of December 2013 The Lincoln Restaurant unexpectedly closed, forcing the two comedy shows to go on hiatus as they searched for a new venue.

After almost seven weeks, they are proud to announce that there will be weekly comedy shows at the Wicker Park bar and rock venue, Subterranean.

The Lincoln Lodge is the nation's longest running independent stand-up comedy show. Each week The Lincoln Lodge features the best stand-up comics in Chicago, a special variety act, and a hilarious Man on the Street segment.

Featuring stand-up comedians plus 'regular' people, The Blackout Diaries is a comedy show that tells true drinking stories. Hosted by comedian Sean Flannery, the interactive show is complete with photos, voicemails, and more to help recount the tales.

The Lincoln Lodge performs every Friday while The Blackout Diaries occurs every Saturday. Doors open at 7:00pm and shows begin at 8:00pm. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased online or at the door on the night of the event. The shows are 21 and over, and there is NO DRINK MINIMUM. A full food and drink menu is available during the show with bar and wait staff service.
