Crittically-acclaimed choreographe rRobert Sher-Machherndl, artistic director of high profile Lemon Sponge Cake Contemporary Ballet, is to create the world premiere of'White Fields', a site-specific public art dance performancefor Holiday Park, Boulder.

Designed to sensitively raise awareness and encourage civic conversation surrounding gun violence and itsvictims, the production will reflect on themes of alienation, isolation and connection. It will build upon Lemon Sponge Cake's consciousness-raising innovative and abstract art.

'White Fields'will enhance and activate Holiday Park by makingcreative use of this public space transforming into anunconventional performance site. It will provide opportunity for serendipitous art encounters for citizens to enjoy, whilst experiencinghigh-quality performance often presented on the opera house stage.

Set to a majestic Rocky Mountain evening backdrop,'White Fields' will demonstrate the highest levelsof artistic excellence and innovationtogether withexploratory choreography.
