The New York Post has reported that Howard Stern's fantasy musical based on the sexual harassment scandals of Fox News CEO, Roger Ailes and talk show host, Bill O'Reilly, may be coming together in real life.

A founder of RWS Entertainment Group has confirmed an interest in financing the project, stating, "We have a vast database of top Broadway talent. We can easily find five Roger Ailes, a few Bill O'Reilly's, and a lot of Megyn Kelly's for Stern to review...We'd love to work with Howard to produce and cast the show with relevancy to current news. We know he'd have a great time doing it."

Said Stern on the air, "I've given serious thought, no bulls--t, to actually sitting down and writing 'Fox News the Musical' to the point that I've written an outline. All bits aside, I'm really thinking of writing this thing."

The idea first arose during a segment featuring comedian, Amy Schumer. She and Stern improvised a few lines for a potential musical number featuring Megyn Kelly and Ailes as main characters.

Last month, fans of his Sirius show got a preview of a duet sung by a faux Ailes and fellow news mogul Rupert Murdoch, including lyrics like, "You can't spell broadcast without the broads," "CNN will eat our s--t, they just hire ugly chicks" and "Here's my concept for the news, less boring facts and way more boobs."
