Canadian Comedy Writer Lauren Wise Debuts First Novel, SWAP CLUB

Montreal-based author and comedy writer Lauren Wise is taking readers on a steamy and entertaining adventure with the release of her first fiction novel Swap Club, published by World's Best Story.

Released in February 2017, Swap Club follows one woman's (Valerie Matthews) sexual awakening as she and her husband join a clandestine Montreal swingers club.The book tells a fictional story about one woman's midlife turning point and desire to spice up her life.

The book has also just been optioned to become a feature film by Canadian distributor Entertainment One (eOne).

Part of the writing team for the Just for Laughs Festival Galas in Montreal with Neil Patrick Harris, Seth Rogen and Jay Baruchel, Wise brings her quick wit and quirky sense of humour to the pages of Swap Club.

Born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Lauren Wise is a writer and producer known for her quirky sense of humor and a love for entertaining people.
