BWW.com Classical is thrilled to launch a new feature today entitled: "What's on Your IPOD" in which major Classical artists share with our readers what they are currently listening to.

For the new feature's maiden voyage, BWW.com Classical spoke to Opera Legend Aprile Millo.

Apile Millo has been a fixture at all of the world's leading opera houses for a quarter century and her performances have become the stuff of legend. She was a joy to chat with and her Ipod list is equally wonderful:

"While prepping for my new recording, out next year, I have these at the top of my IPOD listening....

The Boito masterpiece, Mefistofele, with forever cherished friend and tenor GOD, Luciano Pavarotti and Basso great Nicolai Ghiaurov. In the Finale, the devil tries to be heard as he whistles over a chorus of angels singing as they redeem the soul of Faust. The victory of Good over Evil.....you cannot breath after this, so fabulous.

Giuseppe Di Stefano, legendary tenor, singing in elegant refined longing from Lalo's Le Roi D'Ys aria "Vainement, ma bien ame'e".....

Michael Fabiano, the fabulous young rising star tenor, so very thrilling a voice, in the towering, epic, Verdi Requiem in "In Gemisco." You can feel as well as hear this man's soul.....and Verdi's too!

Ailyn Perez, a lush voiced new soprano star, in "Poeme Du Jour" her debut album for Opus Arte singing Canciones Clasicas Espanolas, Vol. 1:"Del cabello mas sutil" Delicious and hypnotic.....

Gorgeous and rich voiced young soprano Mary-Lou Vetere and honey voiced tenor Joel Ricci in Mascagni's melodic "Suzel Buon Di'" the Cherry Duet" from his beauty of an opera, "L'Amico Fritz" this from a live performance, Opera Grandissimo Concert in Canada

I come from a musical family and so I listen to my beloved sister, Grace Millo, who is blessed with so much acting and composing talent. I'm listening to two original songs written for our Mom, "Shooting Star" and "Simply," both featured in her new original rock musical, "CONNECTIONS: the Musical, coming soon.

And my brother, Punk Glam Rock Pioneer Legend Rick Wilder in a smash successful Rachet Blade records release "The Mau Maus: Scorched Earth Policies" My favorite is "Sex and the Single Sniper"...... The Hills are Alive in my house...!!!"

They certainly are, Aprile! BWW.com Classical thanks Aprile Millo for sharing her Ipod with our readers and we look forward to hearing much more about her upcoming new recording.
