"Music has nothing to do with the eyes. It's perceived through the heart," says one of the children from the Thai Blind Orchestra. Watch the video of these hearing impaired young musicians as they perform.

The Thai Blind Orchestra is made up of young musicians who are blind, visually impaired and or multiple disabled. It was established in 2014 by musician Alongkot Chukaew who teaches disabled children by using audible aids and the natural environment. His day job is managing an elephant conservatory in Thailand.

The young musicians learned a braille system to read music and are taught to memorize the positions of their fingers on their instruments.
