Jeffrey Siegel's Keyboard Conversations are brilliantly polished concerts-with-commentary format in which captivating remarks precede virtuoso performances of piano masterpieces. The Los Angeles Times acclaims "Jeffrey Siegel has everything: massive technique, musical sensitivity and character, wide tonal resources, immense reserves of power, and the ability to communicate." These talents will be displayed at Harris Center for the Arts in Folsom as Mr. Siegel concludes this season's series of concerts with Mistresses and Masterpieces on May 18.

Mr. Siegel will present love inspired music by the "significant others" in composers personal lives. The inner turmoil of the F Sharp Sonata of Brahms, the exquisite beauty of the Waltz in D-flat Major of Chopin, the passionate Novelettes of Schumann, and the famous Liebestraume (Song of Love) of Franz Liszt; this is music that would not have been without the influence of a special "Muse." Hear this glorious music and learn about the women who inspired these heartfelt compositions.

Keyboard Conversations with Jeffrey Siegel: Mistresses and Masterpieces will take place on Sunday, May 18, 2014 at 1:00 pm. Tickets are $19-$29; Premium $39. Students with ID are only $7. Tickets are available online at www.harriscenter.net or from Harris Center Ticket Office at 916-608-6888 from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday through Saturday, and two hours before show time.
