Due to the end of Dress Circle's lease, the store will be closing today, 9th February 2013. After more than 30 years of trading in Covent Garden, the team has made the decision to close the store and channel its efforts into its successful online business at www.dresscircle.com.

The website is currently being redeveloped to give customers an even better buying experience and keep the Dress Circle community alive.

The Dress Circle team wrote in a statement, "Over the years we have had some wonderful memories in Seven Dials, including Signings and Showcases with some of the very best of the West End and Broadway stars - from John Barrowman, Alfie Boe, Ramin Karimloo, Idina Menzel, Elaine Paige and Barry Manilow to the casts of Legally Blonde, The Sound of Music, Lord of the Rings, Les Miserables, Avenue Q, and The Wizard of Oz.

"We have enjoyed the time that we have spent here, getting to know each and every one of you. To our loyal customers, we hope that you will join our online community so that, with your help, we grow into what the shop has been for all these years - A Mecca of Musical Theatre."

Dress Circle will be keeping its current phone number - 020 7240 2227 - rest assured you will always be able to get through to a 'human being', as usual.

The shop's last day will be Saturday, 9th February. Dress Circle will be closing at 6.30pm on that day.
