The Colburn Chamber Music Society will present legendary musician, Arnold Steinhardt on Sunday, December 9 at 3:00pm Zipper Hall in Los Angeles. Steinhardt is a paramount figure in classical music as the first violinist and founding member of the iconic Guarneri String Quartet. Joining him will be select student and faculty performers from The Colburn School Conservatory of Music.

In addition to the concert, Arnold Steinhardt will have Q&A at The Colburn School, which is free and open to the public, on Saturday, December 8 at 2pm. This will be a casual discussion about his musical childhood in Los Angeles and the evolution of the music profession. This session will give members of the public unique access to one of the most legendary living chamber music musicians, and will provide special insight into the life of a musician of the highest caliber. A signing of his books, Violin Dreams and Indivisible by Four, will follow.
