Each year, classically minded New Yorkers in the know enjoy the elegance of an all-Bach New Year's Eve Gala. This 30-year tradition of the Amor Artis Chorus & Orchestra continues with Music Director Stephen Somary conducting the festive Cantatas 41 and 190, Brandenburg Concerto No. 2 and Concerto for Oboe and Violin at the Church of Saint Jean Baptiste (Lexington Avenue & 76th Street), Tuesday, December 31, 8PM. Admission is $50. The concert is over at 9:45, so there's still time to paint the town red!
