"A Rose Grows O'er My Chest" is a collection of Bible-based stories that predominantly follows the journey of the 12 apostles as they set out to spread the word of God. It shows how they struggled to do God's will and yet despite all the obstacles in their way they managed to succeed. The book is written predominantly in poetry and can also be considered a study in human behavior due to the many hardships they had to overcome and the inner strength that they had to find within themselves.
