Tasha Schuh, Miss Wheelchair USA, Releases New Book, MY LAST STEP TO BACKWARD

The accident that put Tasha Schuh into a wheelchair could have meant the end for many peoples' lives. In her new book "My Last Step Backward" (published by Inspiring Voices), Schuh shows readers how she refused to give up and became a powerful example for anyone struggling to overcome adversity.

Instead of succumbing to her accident and accepting the limits many would claim she would be stuck beneath, Schuh persevered. In "My Last Step Backward" she shows readers her inspiration and her dedication - dedication that brought her to victory in the Miss Wheelchair USA competition.

"Just days before her opening night performance in The Wizard of Oz, Tasha Schuh took one step backwards and fell 16 feet through a trap door.
