Buzz About Relationships CEO Sheri E. Ragland brings men's main insecurities to light and works to help couples understand their problems and communicate their way back to happiness.

In her new book, "Seven Deep Insecurities Men Don't Want Women to Know," Ragland discusses what men worry about most in their relationships and how both partners can work together by addressing the psychological, physical and spiritual components that are needed to have a truly healthy relationship.

Ragland has spent much time researching and learning what makes a healthy relationship and how to get the best results from each other's partner.

"As a researcher, I became very interested in relationship topics that are gender-specific," Ragland said. "I found that, for men, things such as manhood, thinking and low self-esteem are often challenges for them."

This self-help book encourages couples to really look into themselves and then each other to find the best space to be one in their relationship.

"I believe the topic affects thousands of couples that may be challenged by these issues that often lacks discussion," Ragland said. "My goal with this book is to provide tools and tips to help couples manage healthier, happier and longer-lasting relationships."
