OCEAN SHORES, Wash.

The hands-on guide to abundant living from author and experienced psychotherapist Roni Bissett, "ABUNDANCE Is Your Birthright: CLAIM IT!" (published by Trafford Publishing), shares practical tips and accompanying exercises for creating abundance in life.

Bissett invites readers to define their own meanings of abundance and create the lives they have always wanted to live. She encourages introspection and a switch from negative to positive thought patterns as key parts of the process to realizing happier existences.

"What we believe we create," Bissett says. "Anyone who wants to change his or her life for the better, at any age or walk of life, has the ability to do so."

Praise for "ABUNDANCE Is Your Birthright":

"Bissett makes this material accessible by offering practical instructions for using energy in visualizations and meditations that can prepare people to pursue their goals."
- Sheila M. Trask, Foreword Reviews
