Richard E. Toney, a licensed professional counselor, once struggled with procrastination. He since overcame his procrastination and now believes all people are pregnant with great ideas and just need to learn how to birth them.

Toney aims to give readers forward momentum with his new motivational book, " Later is a Liar: The Emotional and Spiritual Aspects of Procrastination and How to Eliminate It" (published by Trafford Publishing), in which he discusses what he says is the best plan of action for defeating procrastination.

In "Later is a Liar," Toney draws from his own personal experience with procrastination to provide readers a spiritual and emotional guide on taking action and accomplishing one's goals. He believes that each person can overcome their nasty habit, but that they must first learn to see themselves and how much potential they have that could be wasted because of their delaying.

"Many people experience issues with procrastination and this book will assist them in growing and seeing themselves in a different way," Toney says. "It is my hope that they begin to see themselves as stronger, wiser and better."
