KING, N.C.

"The Cloud Is Drifting Slowly Across the Sky" (published by Xlibris) chronicles a plethora of Paul Norman's amusing experiences in life. From harrowing events, funny mishaps, romantic endeavors and everyday tidbits, it reveals his experience-loaded journey molded him into who he is today.

"My life is like that cloud, slowly drifting away. There's nothing I can do about it; as the Bible says, man is appointed once to die," the author explains. "I will cast no shadow, and the cloud will have slowly gone beyond the horizon." Norman does not need any more reminders that Father Time is slowly ticking away. In this memoir, he revisits the days of his youth, sharing to readers how the finality of his actions have made him happy and, even as his cloud is slowly disappearing as it crosses the sky, he knows he has basked in the beauty of life's diversity; he shares his eventful life with the world through this absorbing, magnetic memoir.

"The Cloud Is Drifting Slowly Across the Sky" takes readers on an adventure as they embark with author Norman and revisit his past. This collection of memories and moments reflect on the elegance, grace and energy found within the corners of life.
