About the Author
Steven Paalz began writing the poems in this collection at the age of 13 merely for his own entertainment. Now 17, he has pulled together a number of his favorites for all to enjoy. Paalz, who lives in Dublin, Ohio with his family and two dogs, will soon become a senior in high school and is beginning his college search and his journey into the "real world". Paalz is a typical teenager who enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing sports and video games and particularly enjoys travel. When he is not writing, Paalz loves to run and is a member of his high school's cross country team. He has enjoyed writing since he was able to write, especially poetry, and he plans to continue writing for the rest of his life. Like any other teenager, he does not know what he wants to do "when he grows up", but he loves to travel and go to interesting places. He hopes others will read and appreciate his poetry and the years of writing he put into it.
