About the Author
Presley W. Clarke Jr. holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Biological Science. He served on active duty in the U.S. Army during the years 1958 to 1960 and received an honorable discharge in 1964. He served as a public school instructor for twenty-five years. After retiring, he was employed for two years by Telamon Corporation to develop an instructional program for adult basic education in Romney, West Virginia, and was employed sequentially by the Veteran Administration Medical Center in Martinsburg, West Virginia, for four years to serve as an instructor for disadvantaged veterans.
