VENICE, CA

Jeremy Kagan creates experiences for a living. With an extensive, impressive career in Hollywood, as a film and television director, writer and producer, he shapes inspiring journeys to new worlds, lives and unexpected circumstances.

In his new e-book "My Death: A Personal Guidebook" Kagan details his own unexpected near-death experience, after twenty years of reflection of his encounter with death in the hills of Malibu, California. In it, he examines the profound encounter that shifted his perception of life and death, and discusses awareness, consciousness and ways to peacefully greet the awesome unknown. The book includes 150 of his own colorful illustrations.

"I'd like to make it easier to navigate where we all are headed," Kagan said, "this book is about learning to live with death, learning to appreciate the miracle of living, and will hopefully be a preparatory document for the journey that we all are taking."
