Life Coach Terry Hite Pens WHAT AM I WAITING FOR?

As a life coach, author Terry Hite is seeking to help everyone he can with his experience and know-how. With his new book, "What Am I Waiting For?: I Need a Life Coach Now!" (published by iUniverse), Hite explains how to be aware of when one might be in need of a life coach, and how to find the right one.

"What Am I Waiting For?" explains that accomplishing goals is achieved through a series of processes, first and foremost the process of knowing when to seek help. Hite offers advice on not just finding a life coach, but finding the right life coach.

"Not everyone will realize they need a life coach or whom to seek for guidance in their life," Hite says. "My book teaches when to seek help and who to ask."

In his book Hite also explains the importance of recognizing the five C's - the five most common practices that stifle the growth of the human spirit - and eradicating them from one's life. He also offers readers help in developing the confidence they need to pursue their goals and help for improving their relationships with others.
