Kiva is a non-profit organization with a mission to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty. Leveraging the internet and a worldwide network of microfinance institutions, Kiva lets individuals lend as little as $25 to help create opportunity around the world. They envision a world where all people - even in the most remote areas of the globe - hold the power to create opportunity for themselves and others. Kiva believes in providing safe, affordable access to capital to those in need helps people create better lives for themselves and their families.

In his book Beach Money, Jordan uncovers the secrets to success in network marketing so that anyone can learn how to compress a 30-year career into just 3 to 5 years. He shows people how to design their lives not around their work schedules, but around their free time, turning their yearly income into their monthly income by taking advantage of opportunities that throw off residual income. What is unique about Beach Money is 100% of the profits from book sales go to Kiva. So far Jordan has funded about $350,000 in loans through the sale of Beach Money.

For those that want to get involved with Kiva, there are several outlets by which to do so. One way to get involved is to create a Kiva campaign. Whether you're getting married, celebrating a birthday or racing for a cause, you can make your event truly special. Friends and family can give a $25 loan to your Kiva campaign instead of a traditional gift. When the loan is paid back you can keep lending it out to help others.
