James Ray Phipps has recently released a book where he gives voice to the American working class, examining their struggles in light of his own experiences as a victim of injustice and oppression. "The First National Tee-Party Candidate: Thrown Into Prison for Speaking Out" (published by Xlibris) is part autobiography and part exposé of the corruption of the so-called American Dream.

Phipps is currently an inmate within the present day federal prison system which he describes as "where Americans are being imprisoned in retaliation for exercising their constitutional right of speaking out against abuse of federal power." His purpose for writing this story is to show he is but a common man who simply went above and beyond the call of duty to help average people in need of assistance with common everyday problems in life.

Aside from the personal narrative, "The First National Tee-Party Candidate" gives a relevant portrayal of the complete collapse of the banking and housing industry. It is a wakeup call for both ordinary people and those in power.

"My book points out and proves the existence of the national fraud of the entire credit/debt economic system of the nation," Phipps says. "More importantly, it provides a simple solution to return the power of the free enterprise back to the people."
