James A. Turner's TWENTY THIRTY-THREE Explores America's Future
Pondering the possible future of America led author James A. Turner to write his newest fiction, "Twenty Thirty-Three" (published by WestBow Press).
In "Twenty Thirty-Three," Turner imagines a fictional America where decades of corrupt political activity and economic instability have driven the country into turmoil.
The sitting president conspires with international leaders, attempting to unify most of the world as one central nation.
Meanwhile, a Texas governor named Jesse Hall is trying to keep his state from crumbling.
In a surprising twist of events, Jesse becomes the next U.S. president and attempts to salvage what is left of America's original values.
In talking about his book, Turner says: "In America we're at a crossroads. We could continue as we're going toward secular humanism and progressivism, or we could wake up. This book tells this story."
