Faye Day has spent her life traveling extensively around the globe and off the beaten path. Now 78, Day continues backpacking and exploring new destinations, but she is also determined to inspire others to get out of their comfort zones and wander their way throughout the world.

Beginning in 1979, Day worked as a tour leader for major companies in Perth. In 1983, she started her own business, and for 12 years she organized and operated international group tours to undiscovered destinations. Day has traveled extensively on an individual basis, exploring roads less traveled, and has had the privilege to see most of the world.
