Dorothy H Arnold, EdD is a retired educator who spent most of her 30 plus years in leadership and administration with Fulton County Schools in Metro Atlanta. Dr. Arnold was born Dorothy Ann Ousley in Chicago to an unwed mother from Canton, Miss. "Sis Arnold" is currently serving as the chairperson of the Women's Ministry at her church. She believes she was born to minister to women and girls dealing with abandonment, growing up without a mother. Dr. Arnold and her husband Rev.
