In "Unremitting Solace: Everything Is Within Us and Without Us" (published by Balboa Press), author Coty Benrimoj inspires readers to accept themselves and their flaws and tap into their inner strength through poignant and provocative poems.

"The purpose behind this book is to enable, empower, support, nurture and instill love, patience and understanding, as well as to send love by sharing my knowledge and experience in life," says Benrimoj. "Empowering ourselves to succumb to faith and acceptance of oneself."

"Unremitting Solace" is about calming the mind and maintaining a peaceful balance of the body. Through her poetry, Benrimoj stresses the importance of the "without," a concept she defines as actions or circumstances one can control with self-discipline and kindness. She challenges readers to channel their negative thoughts into positive actions.

An excerpt from the poem "Discover" featured in "Unremitting Solace":

"Richness is not solely a monetary result
But all that is lived with Love and insight
To have and to hold a better reprieve
And a quality of which we might want to receive"
