Dr. Wally Rogers gives readers a "Close-Up View of Froebel's Kindergarten with Frank Lloyd Wright at the Drawing Table" (published by Xlibris) with his new book, detailing the lives, achievements and methods of German Friedrich Froebel and American Frank Lloyd Wright and revealing the intertwined connection between a captivating school-master and a tenacious master-architect.

Rogers informs readers of the two, elaborates on how the German educator Froebel based his studies on the shapes and angles of natural crystallite forms, inventing an intelligent hands-on method of learning for children of all ages. This method profoundly influenced Wright, an American architect who took to heart Froebel's teachings on how to craft through child-play lovely shapes and magnificent angles identical to Froebel's geometric forms and made them the bed-rock of his famous architecture. By describing - through prose and illustrations - Froebel and Wright's works, Rogers examines at great length how children thrive in learning, which can be of use to parents, caretakers and educators of children and young people up through college age; and academic scholars and avid practitioners who advocate for the preservation of Wright's legacy. In addition, Froebel's amazing educational system and the extraordinary Froebel-Wright connection is saved and revitalized.

"Narrative transcends years of commonplace thinking and practices founded upon an unrivaled method that accurately led to patterns of lovely shapes and magnificent angles, the bedrock of Froebel's historical kindergarten and Wright's timeless architecture," Rogers says.
