A Woman of Substance, Barbara Taylor Bradford's debut novel, quickly became not just a New York Times bestseller, but one of the top ten bestselling novels ever written with over 30 million copies sold. In a deal brokered by her agent Jonathan Lloyd of Curtis Brown UK, and with the assistance of Associate Publisher Roger Cooper, RosettaBooks published eBook editions of eight Barbara Taylor Bradford novels, led by A Woman of Substance.

"I am delighted my North American fans have the opportunity to read A Woman of Substance in eBook format, and that Emma Harte's rags-to-riches saga continues to captivate readers beyond the printed page," said Ms. Bradford.

Novels include Hold the Dream and To Be the Best (continuations of The Harte Family Saga), Angel, The Women in His Life, Voice of the Heart, Remember and Act of Will. Secrets of Romance, Bradford's nonfiction book which includes secrets for bringing romance into the everyday moments of your life, will be the ninth title to be distributed in March.

"Barbara Taylor Bradford has charmed and delighted millions of fans of her romantic novels for over 30 years, and we at RosettaBooks are excited by the opportunity to share these wonderful books with a broader audience through our eBook editions," said Cooper.

In 1984, A Woman of Substance was produced as a six-hour miniseries, which was nominated for two Emmy Awards. It starred Deborah Kerr, Liam Neeson, Jenny Seagrove and Barry Bostwick. Since then, many of Bradford's subsequent 28 books have sold more than 89 million copies in 90 different countries. Many have been dramatized, capturing more fans with her engaging narratives and compelling characters.

In 1999, Bradford became the first living female author to be featured on a postage stamp. In 2003, she was awarded a place in the Writers' Hall of Fame of America, and in 2007, she was inducted into the Order of the British Empire.

In celebration of the season of love, RosettaBooks is treating readers to one free romance eBook every day from now through Feb.14. Three complimentary titles by Bradford include: Remember (February 12), Act of Will (February 13) and A Woman of Substance (February 14).
