The Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) joins in the festival season this September with the return of the FREE after-dark hot spot, WunderBar, home to some of the hottest bands, dancers and DJs from tonight 7 to 28 September in the Cascade Court, QPAC.

This year's WunderBar features a saucy program of live music and performances from local, national and International Artists, offering up a smorgasbord of genres from funk, reggae, dance and hip-hop to soul, Indi and swing and will have audiences dancing late into the night.

Opening WunderBar for 2013 is the one and only Deni Hines and Band. Her smooth voice will caress your soul and have you up and dancing as she performs songs by Prince, Justin Timberlake, Donna Summer, Earth Wind and Fire and more.

The WunderBar's backdrop is yet again the stunning set designed by Michael Scott-Mitchell for Wagner's epic opera, The Ring Cycle, and QPAC's Cascade Court is transformed to encapsulate the festival party spirit.

WunderBar is the after-party destination for Brisbane Festival 2013, with its urban-chic, underground atmosphere, luscious late-night eating options and titillating performances, it is the place to be nightly.
