First produced in 1938, the Pulitzer-Prize winning Our Town stands today as Wilder's most well known and frequently performed play. Performances begin on January 26th and run through March 4th.

"The play is pretty much perfect the way it is...Wilder essentially shows us the least interesting people he can find, and makes us see them as fascinating. They're just like us. We all have daily lives, birth and death, love and marriage", says director Brian McEleney.

The cast is led by Trinity Rep resident acting company member Barbara Meek as the Stage Manager. The production features fellow company members Stephen Berenson, Fred Sullivan, Jr., Phyllis Kay, Mauro Hantman, Stephen Thorne, Rachael Warren and Joe Wilson, Jr.  along with Brown/Trinity Consortium students Eric Murdoch and Susannah Flood.

The artistic team includes Michael McGarty (Set Designer), William Lane (Costume Designer), Brian J. Lilienthal (Lighting Designer) and Peter Sasha Hurowitz (Sound Designer).

Talkbacks will be held after every performance of Our Town.  Audiences are invited to share their response to the play.  A company or staff member will moderate talkbacks for approximately twenty minutes after each show.

Regular performances start at 7:00 pm on Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and at 8:00 pm on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays with selected Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday Matinees at 2pm.
