Well, it does sound a heck of a lot like "Morning Glow" from "Pippin".

Oh yeah. That one too jakeblow. I LOVE it!!!! :) And yes, it does make me cry every time I hear it. (Granted, that does have a little to do with it being the song they used for curtain call at The Vertical Hour...)

Hey! Don't laugh! I cried, too . . .

But, seriously:

"The Fire Within Me" - Little Women
"Nobody Needs To Know" through "Goodbye Until Tomorrow" - The Last 5 Years
Mary Stuart Masterson's "Be On Your Own" (or "Holy Mother-F*cking Sh*t") - Nine

And if laughing until you cry counts: "A Little Priest" - Sweeney Todd

Susan Egan covered Both Sides Now; she did a great job.

Showtuness that make me cry, albeit not every time I hear them: No One is Alone, Being Alive, How Glory Goes, Without You, We Do Not Belong Together, Why, Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again, What I Did For Love. To name a few.
A work of art is an invitation to love.

Thanks Anna!

By the way, for the people that put "No Day But Today" from RENT, you do realize that is not a song from the show and/or movie right?? Do you mean "Another Day" or "Finale B"????
