Diana the Musical star Jeanna de Waal will join Awkward Productions' Diana: The Untold and Untrue Story during its engagement London's Kings Head Theatre later this spring.
The show, which previously enjoyed a sold-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and a U.K. tour, combines drag, multimedia, audience interaction, puppetry, and queer joy. Running April 17 through May 5, de Waal will make a filmed appearance in the production.
Written, directed, and produced by Linus Karp, the cult hit offers a camp portrayal of The People's Princess and the other royals, highlighting Diana's groundbreaking stances on social and queer issues. Linus Karp will continue to star as Diana.

Can you please explain how Jeanna is stunt casting?

Um, first - she’s not in the show physically (it’s in a filmed segment) and Linus Karp is playing Diana in the actual play.

Like how on earth would you classify Jeanna as stunt casting? It doesn't make sense to me how people use it for any person that they don't immediately know? I don't know...they need to explain how they define it so I understand because right now...it's so confusing
I'm gonna be sincere here, are all of you acting willingly oblivious to why she's doing this cameo? She was hired as Jeanna de Waal, star of the camp disaster. That certainly fills the bill of stunt casting.
