Today marks the passing of one of the great ladies who played only one role in a Broadway musical, but who will always be remembered as the definitive Sally Durrant Plummer of Follies (1971). Thank you Dorothy Collins for your memorable appearance in Sondheim's production.  You will always be remembered for your warmth, grace, talent and pleasant personality to all who came in contact with you.  We remember you and celebrate your legacy on this day.

Yes, she is THE Sally Durant Plummer! I think You Tube still has her on a talk show during the original run singing Losing My Mind (I forget which show, Merv Griffin or David Susskind or  David Frost.) She's incredible.
