I have switched and gotten refunds multiple times with them no questions asked. I just emailed them and they told me to purchase the new seats and email them the confirmation number. Then they refunded the original tickets.

"Same here. Have switched dates also. I've found them very accommodating especially compared to Ticketmaster.
I also switched dates/seats via Telecharge over the phone with no problem. My seats were the same price, so there was no charge or any change fees. I am pretty sure they will not refund anything. Good luck.
They seldom will just give a refund. They will often let you change the date and/or seat, but technically do not have to. They will, however, make you buy the new tickets before refunding the first set.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
I just did this for Come from Away because i was worried about legroom for my dad (who had just had knee surgery) and they could not have been more helpful in finding the best seats for us to switch too (they just had to be in the same price point.)
