i have booked tickets for a preview performance of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on April 10th. These were booked weeks ago, but the email says there is a ticket delay for this show. I still haven't received an update although my booking/seat number are shown in the initial email. Should I be concerned yet that I've heard nothing further? I still have no eticket. Advice please.
I wouldn't be...but you can always call customer service just to calm your concerns.

Is there something to this? I have been trying to buy tickets, and it says that none are available at this point. Is this production being delayed? Or is it really sold out?

I think the system must have been down. I was trying to purchase tickets on Sunday evening at about 10:30 CA time, and after I gave up on Charlie tickets, I tried to buy the others that we want to see, and I could not buy anything from Ticketmaster. Thank you for following up!
