BroadwayConcierge stole "what's next for Belasco" post from me after DEH transfer, but at least I got to this, hah!
Falsettos is currently announced to close on Jan 8th. It might extend without Christian Borle, but in case it doesn't... that's one stage with an amazing proscenium up for grabs! Concierge also suggested Amelie could be a good candidate, but there's no transfer notice right now so there's that.

Sorry, Valentina!!! Would never intentionally try to snag a thread from you
Shows that seem to be set for a spring bow but have no theatre/org associations yet include Amélie, Half Time, The Bandstand, SpongeBob, War Paint, among others. My bet is Amélie, but that is admittedly unfounded.
I'm probably not the first one to hear this, but besides War Paint wanting the Nederlander, Spongebob is waiting for the musical at the Marquis to get on its feet and leave...

There'sanother thread for this now, but Come From Away announced it's going to Schoenfeld with previews starting 18th Feb. The Humans is apparently ending its run there on 15th Jan. That keeps Belasco and Walter Kerr both available come Spring unless there's an unannounced theater opening up.
