Shows Not Often Revived/Revisited

Having lived in London 30 odd years several musicals and plays are often staged time and time again. 

Are there any shows people thing deserve being developed for the West End, regional theatres or tours?

It's a new one, but I'd like to see Memphis tour. It was a relatively short London run (a year?) and I loved it.
