I'm planning on seeing The Color Purple on Friday July 8th and I'm hoping to see Cynthia.
Does anyone know if Ms. Erivo will for sure be performing or if she usually takes Friday performances off? Please let me know.
I know it's impossible to know for sure unless someone can directly contact Cynthia and ask, but I think it wouldn't hurt to ask....

She doesn't have an alternate, so ,no, she doesn't usually take any performance off.
She just had vacation, so she should be there. She has fabulous attendance.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
