I'm not sure how Broadway Records digital album releases work. I'm pretty sure I downloaded The Visit digitally before the hard copy was released. But maybe that has changed?
Same here. I am expecting a truly stunning recording. I love the stripped down orchestrations. Co-composer Allee Willis says that she prefers the new arrangements, she also basically says that the original Tunick orchestrations were not the sound that the writers had originally hoped for.
It says they will be live streaming from the release party and will be talking questions for the cast. Wonder if that means we will hear the full album?
Is Broadway Records even releasing digital albums on their website anymore? They never released Allegiance. You can download it digitally elsewhere but not on their website like you can the others.
This is maybe a dumb question, but what time can you go pick up the album from the theatre? Do you need to wait until closer to showtime, or can the box office help with that at all?
