Interesting...I'd have put money on her being in heavy consideration for Dorothy in the Wiz. I guess where she's going to be on Fox's Scream Queens they snatched her up for this.

I'm excited about this! I loved her in Cinderella and am already anxious to hear her rendition of "Freddy My Love."

They're going for an unknown for the role of Dorothy, so Keke Palmer wouldn't even get to do The Wiz anyway.

Didn't The Wiz state they were conducting a nation-wide search to find an unknown for Dorothy? That would seem to eliminate Palmer from consideration.

Every time I begin to get excited about this I remember that awful "actress" Julianne Hough is playing Sandy. Ugh!
Can't wait for Palmer's "Freddy, My Love." I love that song!

Good for her. Although, I would have loved to see her as Sandy. Do you know if a black actress have ever played this role before?
Maybe I do not speak English as well as you, but I can perfectly pronounce the names of all characters of Les Misérables.
