It's about a month later than they usually announce, I believe!

Fantod, Awake and Sing isn't their production. It's a rental.

The confirmed productions are: The Total Bent, which was announced to be moved to the 15-16 from the 14-15 season, in addition to Head of Passes by Tarell McCraney, which Berkeley Rep in California is currently billing as a co-production with the Public.

Anyone else have any insider info?

Is Total Bent a definite? It was one of the reasons I joined last year. Bought tickets and then it got canceled. I saw the lab 3 years ago and loved it then. Really want to see how it's changed.

Those working on Total Bent have been told it's for sure Spring 2016.

I was curious about how late they are waiting to announce as well. I figured they wanted to focus more on Hamilton and perhaps Fun Home right now, and perhaps will use the mostly positive reception those shows received to promote their "brand."

Jay O.Sanders will be doing Macbeth with his wife at some point either this season or next. Also hearing Heres Hoover (Timbers/Friedman) will be getting a run this season

I saw Sanders do Macbeth 12 years ago and he was frightening.  It was a great production.

The only thing that is more overdone these days is "King Lear". If I don't see another production of that for another ten years I'll be perfectly happy.

It's hard to believe Shakespeare wrote around three dozen plays considering how often we see Hamlet, Macbeth, King Lear, and Twelfth Night.

Totally incredible season!  The more Lear DeBessonet shows, the better!
