Based on this subject line, I thought your account had been commandeered by our lovely spambots.

Good. Oh Jay-Z is losing some money? Oh I feel so sorry for them and their pretentious struggle.

You mean people didn't buy Madonna's malarkey about "humans and arrt and connection and arrt and humans"?

I shed no tears for Jay Z & co.  That being said, the one thing that excited me about Tidal was the introduction of on demand CD quality HiFi sound.  Look, I'm a Spotify user.  I love the convenience having access to such a massive library of music in my pocket, but as they continue to grow, I do worry that our ears - over time - are going to get "dumbed down" and used to hearing this highly compressed, lower quality audio production.  If - big IF - if Tidal were able to get a library as large and diverse as Spotify's, I maintain that the monthly price was very reasonable for access to CD quality HiFi sound.  If this whole thing has any influence, I hope it encourages Spotify to start a Premium+ service with HiFi sound.  A three tiered system of free, Premium (commercial free, unlimited streams) and Premium+ (commercial free, unlimited streams, CD quality sound) could serve (an admittedly) smaller segment that cares about audio quality and truly knock Tidal out of the marketplace.

Yep...you've been consistent.  Perhaps, I'm jaded where streaming is concerned but I just didn't give a fig about Tidal or the Collective.
