The Republicans just keep digging another grave for themselves. I can't wait for the next elections to be over already. I am so embarrassed for them.

I'm surprised Grandpa R hasn't started a thread on Hillary's Email-Gate. But, he probably doesn't read The Times.

Well, yeah, Saudi Arabia and Egypt aren't exactly best pals with Iran. (See: Sunni (S.A.) vs. Shia (Iran) sectarianism and Egypt vs. Iran's views on Israel)

This is all a selection ploy by Netanyahu. The part of his speech when he says he speaks for all Jews is such BS.

Alright, showoff, I think we all know that Iranians are mostly of Persian ancestry and not Arabs. So, you probably also know that, rightly or wrongly, when Americans refer to the region - "the Middle East", "the Arab World", "the Arabs" etc. - they're basically referring to every single country in the region except for Israel. Is it wildly inaccurate? Well, yes, but so is saying you're waiting "on" line instead of "in" line. But every time I visit NY I'm not going to ask NYers "Are you really waiting ON TOP OF the line?" Because, I know and - grudgingly - accept that that's the way they speak.
