Every single week with the possible exception of Christmas/New Year's week. Be advised that the discount is often only 20 or 30% on Monday evenings at TKTS for Phantom.

With a discount code, you can choose your seats and be guaranteed a 50% off discount. TKTS you can't guarantee a deep discount and you can't choose your seats, and you will probably have to wait on line.
