Transportation after a late night show?

I was thinking of going to a 10:30 pm show of "Bayside the Musical" but have some worries about getting transportation back to my hotel via a cab or subway since I'd be by myself. I know it may be a non-issue, but I was just wondering if it is fairly easy to get a cab after midnight or should I plan on the subway or what?? Thanks for any info...

It is actually easier to get a cab after midnight then any other time of the day. Just find a street going in the right direction, throw your arm up and give them you address.
