The hilariously fantastic Off Broadway hit musical ALTAR BOYZ will get its UK premiere at the Greenwich Theatre in October! I saw it at New World Stages in New York some years ago and loved it. Can't wait to see it again.

It will cap off a great year for the brilliant Michael Patrick Walker - co-writer of the Altar Boyz score - whose musical DOG AND PONY recently had its world premiere at the Old Globe in San Diego, directed by Roger Rees. Michael was one of the featured songwriters in Simon Greiff's concert of new American Musical Theatre song-writing at the London Hippodrome in 2012 and his debut album OUT OF CONTEXT, with vocal performances by an array of Broadway stars, is full of seriously brilliant songs.
Altar Boyz will be directed by Steven Dexter and produced by Paul Taylor Mills (who recently produced the seriously amazing In The Heights at the Southwark Playhouse).Looking forward to hearing casting news!
